Fall of 2008 I discovered “Validation” the short film with TJ Thyne and I fell in love with it. I would watch it when I had been giving a LOT and felt like I wanted a little more validation for myself. (Hey, I am human)

I talked to listeners on Breakthrough Business Strategies radio about validated others, whether it be vendors, clients, friends, colleagues…and then this year when making at testimonial for my radio guests I had a HUGE AHH HAA moment…someone gave me awesome gracious service and I said in my head “You’ve Been Validated”.

In that moment I went to make several videos for folks I wanted to validate. Then I said “Self, why not make this a regular part of the radio show, a regular part of your business, a regular part of life…So, here it is every week I am creating a “You’ve Been Validated” video.

Join me, share with us who you have validated and why…send me links to your videos-heck send them in reply to my your tube videos and we will create a social stance for creating a more positive world one validation at a time.
