What I Know About My Purpose and Yours

One of our guests from Breakthrough Business Strategies radio Pauline Serice has given us all a lot to think about as well as take more defined actions on for our businesses.

Working with Pauline in her Authentic Leadership Development program, I have made interesting strides by being willing to commit to my purpose while here on earth.  Now, way too many times I have seen people give this action and process lip service.  I know I did.

(This post is originally on Women in Business Radio blog and I would love you to read the whole piece)

Here is where I started the conversation…

How Man Times Have You Asked Yourself

  1. What Am I Here For?
  2. What Can I Do To Make A Difference?
  3. What Is My Purpose?

Are you giving that question the time it deserves to help you get to the accurate answers?

I would encourage you to really think about this and write it down.  Do not dismiss it as not important.  We have all lied to ourselves long enough.  If you do not think so look at our news stories…Financial crisis, Penn State, Occcupy…this have all surfaced from our needed to be clear about our purposes and living them vs giving them lip service.

What are you giving lip service instead of an honest answer

that resonates with your life’s purpose?
