Thanks Chase. Yes, you and I both see this even in local networking. I feel comfortable giving referrals when I know you and you (not literally you but the person who is connecting with me) take time to get to know me.

Great post Michele. One of the first things I remember you ever teaching me about social media was the importance of going out and having meaningful conversation rather than yelling at them to buy your products. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Molly. I find it amusing that folks spend time and money to learn techniques and do not get the behavior part down.

It's like getting dressed and eating to run a marathon but not training so you can actually run the race. (oh my another idea, giggle)
