Mercedes Benz has created a promotion called #MBTweetrace which is a cross between the movie Cannon Ball with and Amazing Race.
Mercedes is looking for drivers who have online Cred! You know folks that listen, engage with and pass on their tweets, blogs, radio show and videos. “Online Cred”.
Immediately when I saw their Facebook Fan Page for the Race I knew who I wanted as my driving partner and we have not even met face to face yet. See below for details.
HOW did I know that you say? Simple I know when a company wants to generate buzz, excitement and engagement they need a team who is active , respected and listened to in the online community.
Let’s look at what that would look like for Mercedes if I become part of the racing team (yup, I am putting it out there why they want me , it is called smart moves)
