Is Your Social Phone Turned On?
Listening to Chris Brogan at #SXSW this past week I recognized that we have so many options in business today to excel in ways that a few years ago were just in our dreams.
Chris talked about how Marcel Lebrun the CEO of Radian6 suggest we have a PBX system online via Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc…and all those calls need to be answered in business today.
- How Many Lines Does Your Business Have?
- Are you listening where the customers are talking and expressing their needs, desires and frustrations?
- Do you make it easy for your customers to feel you CARE?
- Does all this scare you that your customer can complain in so many arenas?
GOOD! When you are scared you tend to take swifter action than when you are complacent and businesses have been far to complacent for years. Now, you have the power to show up in a “human, caring and empowering manner”. The difference between profitable and our of business lays in that sentence right there.
What are the answers?
Simple, start learning how to use the tools to listen and then connect so you are building deep relationships with your customers, vendors and employees.
Amazingly enough as humans it is in our nature to bury our heads in the sand. It comes form that reptilian part of our brains that take us instantly to fight or flight. now, that we know and understand more how we are guided subconsciously we can look for answers using that same brain technology to help us be able to respond appropriately in today’s world.
This is why I love helping people with mindset, brain technology and then building their presence online. Have yet to see a company that didn’t need it (All that I mentioned) all to leap frog to the next level in their business.
