Death of Schizophrenia-Social Media For Smart People

For everyone who asks this question…I want to keep my private life private and my work life separate-how can I do that on the social media scene?

The better question is why would you want to be a schizophrenic? Since transparency demands we be authentic ( I know some of you are tired of those words when we find others that communicate same thing happy to use them, lol) and the social proof is out there everyday for us to “BE real”

Now, the other side to this conversation seems to be “I have aright to a private life and people can lose their job for acting out of line from corporate brand and accepted behavior”

My question for you is why wouldn’t you align yourself and find work with a company that you shared values with as I promise you that you would be happier!

Ok, I hear you, you are about to hit me with every extreme you can think of as that is what the human mind gravitates to when their limiting beliefs are challenged. Yes there are extremes and what better way for poeple to live than to know that it is very visable and you will not get away with hurting someone and no one notice or catch you on camera.

A little more conscious thoughtfulness and and intentional choices are great for all of us.

So key thing is do not put anything in social media you do not want entire world to see and give yourself a little credit and BE you.

When we or anyone gets into censorship mode it does bring a whole different energy, attitude and uneasy feeling, companies are learning the best response to difficult problems is honesty and making change for the good. How bad could that be?

Creating Happy Social Tribes

Creating Happy Social Tribes

Focus on being the BEST-or as some marketers refer to it target a niche instead of trying to be everything to everybody. How can you incorporate that message in your business and your life.

I think that when we learn how to align our work with WHO we are everyone will enjoy their contribution and we will see a far different world with happier people.

Thanks for your comments and contributing to the conversation, after all that’s being social right?

I also appreciate your keeping your comments attack free, we love a debate of ideas without the mean spiritedness.

Tell us how you accomplish transparency either personally or company wise.
