SO, why are women not in more powerful positions?  Because they have bought into the lie that men can’t love us if we challenge them?

• Relationship first, tasks second

Creating know, like and trust requires relationship qualities.

• How are you showing up in your business communication?
• How are you growing your network?
• Do you go to networking functions 1-2-3 times then stop because you haven’t received sales from it yet? That is task oriented vs relationship oriented.
• Who have you look at in your circle that you could collaborate with 2010?
• What is the something that would compliment your products or services?  Have you reached out to those people?
